Man Steals Money, Held On Bond: Naugatuck Police
Police say the accused "stole money, violated home improvement contracts, and knowingly violated state building codes."
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Bridgeport man, Celso Aparecido Oliveira, 59, of Main Street is charged with first-degree larceny, violation of home improvement contract requirements and violating state building code penalty, Naugatuck Police said.
On Feb. 6, Oliveira was arrested on a warrant. The warrant was from an incident where the accused "stole money, violated home improvement contracts, and knowingly violated state building codes," police said.
This incident was reported to this department on Jan. 24, police said. He was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
