Man Unhappy With Meal Walked Out Of Naugatuck Restaurant: PD
Once outside, the accused allegedly threatened a restaurant employee, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man who was upset with the quality of food he received from a local restaurant left without paying for the meal, police said. At 8:35 p.m. on Dec. 20, officers responded to a local eatery for a larceny complaint, police said.
Francis J. Berthiaume, 60, of Jolie Road, who wasn't happy with his food left the restaurant without paying for the meal, police said. When the accused was outside he began to yell and threatened to harm one of the restaurant employees, police said.
He is charged with sixth-degree larceny and breach of peace. He was given a court date of Jan. 3 and released on a $500 non-surety bond. Police didn't disclose the name of the eatery.
