Man Used Device To Shoplift At Walmart: Naugatuck Police
Police said they responded to the retailer this past weekend.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Waterbury man is accused of shoplifting from Walmart, police said. At 5:29 p.m. on Sept. 8, officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint.
David Francisco, 36, of Wall Street is accused of using a device to open security boxes, police said. He stole $237 worth of SD cards, police said. He is charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of shoplifting device.
He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
