Memorial Service for John Penhallow Postponed

From the Children's Community School in Waterbury

For those who knew him and missed the obituary, John Penhallow's family has postponed a memorial service until it is safe to gather in large groups. Many are expected to join in this celebration of his life and we will notify everyone when it is scheduled.
