COME FROM AWAY is onstage at Ivoryton Playhouse through Sept. 6. As terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001 closed American air space, 38 passenger planes heading west over the Atlantic with more than 6,500 passengers and crew were diverted to Gander Airport in Newfoundland. Those passengers soon found out that instead of being trapped, they were embraced.

*“Matilda JR” will be performed August 13-15 on the outdoor stage at the Richter Arts Center (next to the Richter Park Golf Course, I-84, Exit 2), 100 Aunt Hack Road, in Danbury.
Tickets for this summer youth performance cost $15 for adults, $10 for seniors/students (with I.D.) and $5 for children 10 and under, and may be purchased through the Musicals at Richter website (www.musicalsatrichter.org) or at the door.
