Naugatuck To Begin 2022 Property Revaluation This Spring

The borough contracted with a Waterbury company to do the work.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck will begin its 2022 real estate revaluation this spring, after contracting with Waterbury-based eQuality Valuation Services LLC to do the work.

The borough is paying eQuality $159,000 on the effort, which was unanimously approved by the Board of Mayor and Burgesses earlier this month.

Property revaluations are conducted by municipalities every few years to help set tax rates based on the values of a community's properties.
