Former Mayor of Naugatuck. I currently serve as Burgess.
The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it. *
The Borough's taxes are too high and need to be reduced. I will continue to be conservative during our budget process and look for ways to cut spending. I will also continue to work with the current Mayor to increase our economic development which will build up our tax base and in turn lower taxes for our residences.
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post? *
The biggest difference is my experience serving as Mayor. I have critical historical knowledge regarding the inner workings of the town which gives me an advantage over the other candidates.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
As Mayor, I developed a no tax increase budget working with our Town Board's to help give relief to our resident's.
What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
We moved to Naugatuck from Bridgeport in 1985 and have raised our family here and I've run my construction company out of Naugatuck since moving here. I have a lot invested in Naugatuck and I will do my best to represent my constituents interests in our Town government.
