NAUGATUCK, CT — A Middlebury man was charged with DUI after an officer spotted him travel over a painted line, according to police.
An officer stopped the vehicle on New Haven Road Dec. 27 around 1:39 p.m.
Joseph Montalto, 45, was charged with DUI, driving without insurance and failure to drive in proper lane.
