Naugatuck Food Establishment Inspections for February

Below is the summary of the list for the borough of Naugatuck and the town of Beacon Falls. Most are restaurants and bars, however there are some schools included on the list.

The Connecticut Department of Health code requires that all food service establishments maintain a rating of 80 or above.

But, according to Naugatuck Valley Health District Director David Rogers, there nothing in the legal code that states a business will either "pass" or "fail" based on these ratings.

Violations are handed on on a 1- to 4-point basis, with the severity of the violation based on the number of points.
