Food Truck Battles Coming to Naugatuck this weekend, May 14/15, 2022

So what does this mean for our residents? You can expect traffic delays in the downtown area surrounding the Naugatuck Event Center (6 Rubber Avenue). Officers will be posted at numerous roadways to ensure safe travel and redirection if necessary. With this all-day event expected to draw over 30,000 people to our town, we want to make sure our residents are prepared and can make the proper accommodations to go about their daily travels. If you are not attending the Food Truck battle, avoid the pictured area if possible.

To those attending the Food Truck event, be sure to bring a non-perishable food item for entry, as the goal of this event is to help support local food banks. Once inside you can expect an array of foods, raffles, eating contests, live bands, comedy shows and more! The parking in the area is free, and festival hours are as follows; Saturday 11am to 8 pm and Sunday 11am to 7 pm.
