Members of the Class of 2013 may submit a written request by July 20 to receive their academic folder.

Naugatuck High School will be destroying the academic folders of the Class of 2013. Naugatuck High School will always maintain the permanent record card of graduates. The permanent record card is used to produce transcripts and verification of graduation.

Members of the Class of 2013 may submit a written request to receive their academic folder. All requests must be received by July 20, 2020. Send requests, with current address, date of birth, and contact number to:
