Naugatuck High School Football Coach Resigns: Report

BREAKING: The coach led the squad to a 7-3 record last year and a state playoff berth in 2014, according to reports.

NAUGATUCK, CT — After four seasons at the helm, Naugatuck High School's head football coach Craig Bruno has resigned, reports Sean Patrick Bowley for GameTimeCT.com.

He compiled a record of 30 wins and 12 losses and helped guide Naugatuck to a playoff berth in 2014. Bruno told GameTimeCT.com that he plans to coach again in the future and he thanked Naugatuck High School for the opportunity.

No reason was cited for Bruno's decision to resign.
