Naugatuck High School Student Charged With Assault While at the School

Police said the juvenile pushed and punched another student.

Naugatuck police charged a Naugatuck High School student with allegedly assaulting another student at the school on Thursday afternoon.

Police said at 1:50 p.m. an officer responded to the High School for an assault between two students.

During an argument, the juvenile pushed and punched another juvenile while in school.

The juvenile, who is under the age of 18, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released into the custody of his parents.
