Naugatuck High School Student Took 'Inappropriate' Picture of a Student in the Bathroom: Police
The student told police that he took the photo as a "joke" and didn't show it to anyone, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck High School student has been charged after taking a picture of a fellow male student while he was in a bathroom stall at the school on Wednesday, police said.
Police said the School Resource Officer responded to the disturbance in the school. A juvenile male is accused of taking an "inappropriate picture" of another male juvenile while he was in the bathroom, police said.
The juvenile took a picture of the victim while he was in the bathroom stall, police said.

The juvenile admitted taking the picture as a "joke" and stressed that he didn't share it with anyone, police said.
The student is charged with disorderly conduct and was given a juvenile court date of Sept. 15. He was released to the custody of a family member.
