Naugatuck To Hold Special Public Hearing On Sale To Bluewater Property Group

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses will hold a Special Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hall of Burgesses, 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770 and by Zoom Webinar regarding the consideration and discussion of the sale to Bluewater Property Group, LLC (‘Bluewater”) of approximately 10.5 acres of land, being identified as 100B-20E167-8 in the Borough of Naugatuck Assessor's records (the “Property”), and jointly owned by the Borough of Naugatuck (the “Borough”) and Waterbury Development Corporation (“WDC”), and the approval of a Purchase and Sale Contract entered into by The City of Waterbury, the Borough, WDC and Bluewater for the sale of the Property and other real property owned by the City, and the grant of easements by the City.

The Borough of Naugatuck will host all borough board meetings on a hybrid basis. Everyone is welcome to attend in person, by Zoom Webinar or by phone.
