NAUGATUCK, CT — The borough is looking to buy the former Bank of America building in downtown Naugatuck, following a unanimous vote this month by the Board of Mayor and Burgesses.

The property, built in 1930, is located at 275 Church St., and has been appraised at $1,534,850. Its assessed value for tax purposes is $1,074,390, according to borough records.
