Naugatuck Man Accused Of Assault: Police

The accused was released on a $2,500 bond.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Naugatuck man is accused of assaulting a person during a dispute, police said. On Aug. 31, police responded to a domestic disturbance between family members, police said.

During the incident three subjects stated they became involved in an argument that turned physical when Timothy O'Donnell, 55, of Evening Star Drive, struck one victim multiple times and pulled the victim's hair, police said.

The accused then put the other victim in a headlock and struck this victim multiple times, police said. Police said O'Donnell was also highly intoxicated at the time of the arrest.

O'Donnell is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
