Naugatuck Man Accused Of Assault: Police
The accused was charged on a warrant this past weekend, police said.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man, Zackary Thomas Fogarty, 19, of Highland Circle is accused of assaulting a victim by "kicking the victim multiple times along with spitting on the victim," police said.
Fogarty was arrested on a warrant this past weekend for an incident where he was involved in a domestic incident with the victim, police said.
He is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $500 bond.
