Naugatuck Man Accused Of Assault, Risk Of Injury To A Child: PD
The incident occurred on Wednesday on Svea Avenue, according to Naugatuck police.

NAUGATUCK, CT β A 26-year-old Naugatuck man was arrested on charges of third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child, and second-degree breach of peace following a "physical domestic altercation" on Wednesday, according to Naugatuck police.
Christopher D. Serrano, of Svea Avenue, was arrested at about 8:40 p.m., after officers to called to a home on a report of a possible burglary.
"Upon arrival, it was determined that there was no burglary and that a physical domestic altercation had occurred," Naugatuck police said in a statement.

Additional details of the incident were not disclosed.
Serrano was taken into custody and held on a $100,000 Surety Bond. He is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court at a later date.
