Naugatuck Man Accused Of Robbery: Police

The accused was released after posting a $5,000 bond, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Naugatuck man, Brian Boucher, 35, of Deering Lane is accused of taking money from the victim and fleeing before being taken into custody, police said.

At 6:51 p.m. on May 12 police responded to a residence on a report of a domestic dispute, police said. It was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated, police said.

The accused then took money from the victim and fled the area, police said. The accused was arrested minutes later, police said.

He is charged with third-degree robbery and disorderly conduct and was released on a $5,000 bond.
