Naugatuck Man Accused of Stalking: Police

The accused was released on a $5,000 bond, police say.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Naugatuck man, Michael Hungerford, 37, of Terrace Avenue is accused of stalking a woman, police said. On March 16, police responded to a residence on a harassment and stalking complaint, police said.

Through the officer's investigation, it was found that the accused has been harassing and stalking the victim for sometime through calls, texts messages, and going by her residence, police said.

Hungerford was advised previously by officers in this department to stay away from the victim, police said. Hungerford is charged with second-degree stalking and second-degree harassment.
