Naugatuck Man Charged After Posting 'Explicit Photo' of a Victim Online: Police
Naugatuck police say the man has been charged with harassment.

Naugatuck police say they have arrested a borough man who is accused of posting an explicit photo of an alleged victim on social media.
Police said in a prepared statement that Jesie Rojas, 19, of Red Robin Road is charged with breach of peace and second-degree harassment.
Rojas was charged on a warrant on Friday over a harassment complaint. Police say he allegedly posted an ‘explicit photo’ of a victim on a social media site.

He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and is due to appear in Superior Court, Waterbury on August 5.
