Naugatuck Man Charged With Assault: Police
The accused was initially held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

NAUGATUCK, CT β A Naugatuck man was initially held in lieu of a $5,000 bond after being charged with assault, police said. On Dec. 4 at 3:07 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During an argument Francis Scott, 29, of Rubber Avenue, struck the victim, police said.
Francis was given a court date and was held on a $5,000 surety bond. He is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
