Naugatuck Man Charged With Failure To Register, $10K Bond: Police

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man, Frank E. Mills, 53, of Spencer Street was arrested on a failure to register warrant, police said.

He was released on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 26. He is charged with failure to register — sexual violence.

According to the state's sex offender registry, Mills was convicted on October 20, 2005 and released on November 24, 2007. No other details were available.
