Naugatuck Man Engages Police In Pursuit: Police
The accused was charged on a warrant and held in lieu of bond, police said.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man is accused of eluding police after a motor vehicle stop, police said. On Feb. 14, Erickson Amparo, 19, of Maple Terrace was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant stemming from an incident that occurred on October 9, 2018 in which the subject eluded police after they attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop, police said.
Amparo was processed and held on bond and is charged with reckless driving, third-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, engaging police in pursuit, and evading responsibility.
