Naugatuck Man Given $100K Bond After Warrant Arrest: Police
Police say the incident occurred back in October and the accused was arrested on a warrant earlier this month.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Naugatuck man, Justin Cummings, 27, of Milliville Avenue, was given a $100,000 bond after being arrested on a warrant, police said.
On Nov. 18, Cummings was arrested on a warrant stemming from a domestic incident that was reported to police on Oct. 4, police said. The incident occurred at a local residence where Cummings is accused of restraining and threatening the victim, police said.
He is charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct, and first-degree harassment.
