Naugatuck Man Held On $250,000 Bond: Police

The accused was originally the subject of a motor vehicle investigation, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Naugatuck man is being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond, police said. On Dec. 3 at 2:37 a.m. a police officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road, police said.

Paul Alan Leone, 31, of Radnor Avenue, was identified as the driver of the vehicle, police said. He was found to be in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia, police said. He was held on bond.

He is charged with extradition arrest, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
