Naugatuck Man Hits Car Twice After Verbal Argument: Police
The victim went to police and reported the incident earlier this week, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT β A Naugatuck man is accused of hitting the victim's car twice after a verbal altercation, police said. On Jan. 14, at 10:39 p.m. officers responded to the Naugatuck Police Department for a domestic disturbance.
The victim advised that her vehicle was just struck twice by Thales N. Silva, 22, of Spencer Street, and his vehicle after a verbal altercation in which the accused then fled the scene, police said.
The accused was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, and evading responsibility.
