The accused was released on a $5,000 bond.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Naugatuck man, Randall Scott, 56, of Roundtree Drive, is accused of providing police with a false statement and report, police said. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
Police said on July 13 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant, police said. The warrant was from an incident where the accused provided officers with a false statement and false report, police said.
He is charged with second-degree false incident report and false statement. No other details were available.
