Naugatuck Man Smashes TV, Charged: Police
Police said they recently responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Naugatuck man is accused of smashing household items at a local residence after being involved in a domestic disturbance, police said. On April 5, officers responded to the Lantern Park Condo association for a reported domestic disturbance between male and female adults, police said.
During the incident both subjects stated they became involved in an argument that turned physical when Devonte Perez-Quiles, 24, of Lantern Park Drive, was found to have smashed household items including a television, police said.
Officers saw damage within the dwelling to a doorway that appeared to have been damaged during the incident, police said. Perez-Quiles was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal mischief, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

The accused was given a court date and released on a $5,000 bond
