Naugatuck Man Spray Paints Multiple Locations: Police
A second person is also charged and accused of spray painting multiple locations, police said.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Naugatuck man, Christian Taylor Manouse, 24, of Rough Ring Road, is facing several charges concerning two separate arrests, police said.
On Jan. 16, Manouse was arrested on an arrest warrant. The warrant was from an incident where the accused "tagged" multiple locations with spray paint, police said in a news release. He is charged with 13 counts of third-degree criminal mischief and was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
Also on Jan. 16, Manouse was arrested on a warrant concerning an incident where he is accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart and he was not allowed on the property, police said.

Manouse is charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass. He was given a $2,500 bond for that incident.
Police also said Thomas Vincent Robinson, 23, of Spring Street, was also charged on Jan. 16 on a warrant for incident where the "accused "tagged" multiple locations with spray paint," Naugatuck Police said. Robinson is charged with four counts of third-degree criminal mischief. He was initially held in lieu of a $1,000 bond.
