Naugatuck Man Tosses Items Out Of A Window: Police

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man is accused of tossing items out of a window during an argument, police said. On Jan. 26, At 10:40 a.m. police responded to a home on a report of a domestic dispute.

The accused, William Smith, 24, of Coach Circle, became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated to the accused throwing items out of the residence from a window into the yard and onto the deck, police said.

Smith is charged with disorderly conduct.
