Naugatuck Man Violates Protective Order, Held On Bond: Police

The accused was given a $5,000 bond, police say.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Naugatuck man is accused of violating a protective order, police said. On Jan. 21 at 2:30 a.m. police responded to a residence for a reported domestic dispute between Christian Papcin, 22, of Evelyn Drive, and the victim, police said.

It was determined that the two became involved in a verbal altercation that became physical, police said. It was also determined that the accused was in violation of a standing protective order., police said. Papcin is charged with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

He was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
