Naugatuck Man Violates Protective Order: Police

He was released after posting a $2,500 bond.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Naugatuck man, Timothy O'Donnell, 56, of Evening Star Drive, is accused of violating a criminal protective order, police said. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond.

On Feb. 23, police responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. "During the incident the victim and the accused stated they became involved in an argument that escalated to where the accused had threatened to crack the victim's head on the stair railing," police said in a news release.

The accused was also highly intoxicated at the time of the incident, police said.
