Naugatuck Man Violates Protective Order: Police

The accused was released after posting a $5,000 bond, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” Timothy O'Donnell, 56, of Evening Star Drive is accused of trespassing and violating a protective order, Naugatuck police said.

On April 1, police responded to a domestic disturbance. During the incident the victim stated the accused continued to come by the residence "knowing he didn't belong there," police said.

The victim stated they became involved in an argument that escalated when O'Donnell tried to gain entry to the residence while he was on the property, police said. The accused was also highly intoxicated at the time of the incident and arrest, police said.

O'Donnell is charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
