NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck Mayor Pete Hess quarantined at home for most of this past week after playing in a golf tournament last weekend where a player tested positive for the coronavirus, according to the Republican-American.

The Republican-American reports Hess began working remotely from home on Monday afternoon after learning that a player tested positive for the virus.

Hess told the Republican-American he was cleared to return to Town Hall on Friday after he took two tests for the coronavirus and both came back negative.
