Naugatuck Nurse's License Probation Period Extended: C-HIT
The nurse's license probation period was extended in a recent ruling, according to the Connecticut Health Investigative Team.
NAUGATUCK, CT — The Board of Examiners For Nursing extended the probation period for the RN license of Tracy Kane, of Naugatuck, reports the Connecticut Health Investigative Team.
The probation was originally for three years after Kane tested positive for alcohol in 2016 but while on probation she tested positive for alcohol again in 2018, C-HIT reports.
