Breakfast with the Easter Bunny
At the Rec Center, 607 Rubber Ave. April 1, 2023
Two seating times available: 9am – 10am or 10:30am – 11:30am
$8 p/p. Kids 2 & under free.
Join us for Breakfast & Fun with the Easter Bunny!
Breakfast includes pancakes, sides and beverages.
Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Vacation Cooking Classes
Come and practice your cooking skills! We will make snacks and treats to take home.
5-8 yrs: Wednesday, April 12, 2023 10 – 11:30am $13
9-13 yrs: Wednesday, April 12, 2023 1 – 2:30pm $15
Classes are held at the Rec Center, 607 Rubber Ave. Pre-registration required. Limited space available.

NBEMSA Safe Sitter Course
For Ages 11 and up
Friday, April 14, 2023 10am-4pm at the Rec Center, 607 Rubber Ave. Fee: $70
CPR Certification (Adults, Infants, children) Friday, April 14, 2023 4pm-6pm at the Rec Center, 607 Rubber Ave. (recommended for older students only)
Adult Fee: $75 Safe Sitter participants - $50 ($120.00 total)
Adults are welcome to register for CPR course!
Bring a lunch and drinks as needed.

Gunntown Kids!
Join us for a fun-filled nature program especially designed for kids 3-12 held at Gunntown Nature Preserve and Passive Park, 51-319 Gunntown Rd, Naugatuck!!

2023 Dates:

May 20 - Scavenger Hunt on the Trail with Eagle Scout Alex *Program cancelled in event of inclement weather
June 17 – Bird Houses
July 15 – Chalk painting with Miss Isabella
August 19 – Butterflies with Miss Gerri *Program cancelled in event of inclement weather
September 16 – Author Emily Franke reads her book The Ladybug who lived on a Four Leaf Clover. Signed copies will be available for purchase.
October 14 – Fire Prevention with The Naugatuck Fire Department’s Fire Truck! *Program will be held at the Naugatuck Fire Dept, 41 Maple St., in event of inclement weather.
October 28 - Pumpkin Painting & Decorating – Trick or Treat!
Time: Saturdays - 9:30-10:30am
Rain location - Naugatuck Recreation Center, 607 Rubber Ave. for the following dates: June 17, July 15, September 16, & October 28.
Parent/Guardians must attend with their child.
Monetary donations welcome to defray the cost of these programs. Pre-registration is required.
