NAUGATUCK, CT — The Naugatuck Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing during a meeting scheduled for Monday night.
According to a meeting agenda available on the borough's website, the meeting is scheduled to be held in person and virtually at 6 p.m. in the Hall of Burgesses on the fourth floor of Naugatuck Town Hall.
Among the items listed on the agenda is a continued public hearing on a proposed 11-lot subdivision located on Field Street.

The commission is also scheduled to discuss the subdivision application under "old business," according to the agenda.
Under "new business," the commission is scheduled to discuss a referral from the Zoning Commission for a proposed public utility operation center and storage facility at 30 William C. Rado Sr. Drive, according to the agenda.

The commission is also scheduled to review a Zoning Commission referral for development of a Phase III residential and commercial building, related site amenities and improvements at 60 Old Firehouse Road, according to the agenda.
The agenda also includes review and approval of the Sept. 14 meeting minutes, as well as correspondence and adjournment.
