Naugatuck Plans to Add More Athletic Fields: Report

Naugatuck Mayor N. Warren “Pete” Hess said the borough is planning on adding a full-size soccer field and either a softball or baseball field with lights on land that is in the Apple Hill Estates off of Osborn Road and Wisteria Drive, the Republican-American reports via My Citizen’s News.

The land was deeded to the town as part of the subdivision approval process.

Costs associated with adding lights have not been determined as of yet.
