Naugatuck Police Arrest Log (Dec. 24-25)

Naugatuck Police Arrest Log:

Immanuil Trach, 29, of Allerton is charged with evading responsibility and was released on a $2,500 bond. Police said "On 12/25/18 at approximately 8:38 p.m. the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident reported on 10/11/18. The accused struck the victim’s parked vehicle and drove from the scene. The accused was identified, as the operator of the evading vehicle, through the investigation. The accused was given a court date of 1/9/18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.


Clifford Pierre-Louis, 28, of Manners Avenue in Seymour is charged with violation of a protective order. He was released on a $5,000 bond. Police say "On 12/25/18 Officers were canvassing businesses after a burglary complaint in the area. One officer observed a suspicious vehicle
parked in the fire lane of the Mobil located on South Main Street. The passenger of the vehicle was found to have an active Protective Order with the victim."

Nicholas Anthony Irving, 21, of Walnut Street in Winsted is charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $1,500 bond. Police say "On 12/24/18 Officers responded to a disturbance in which the accused became involved in a verbal argument with the victim that
escalated into a physical altercation outside of the residence in the street."
