Sen Qing Fu, 63, of Osborn Road in Naugatuck is charged with disorderly conduct. Police say, "On 08/20/2019 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from a incident that was reported to Naugatuck Police on 04/07/2019 that involved a dispute between neighbors. The accused was processed and released on a Promise to Appear in Waterbury Superior Court on 09/05/2019 at 9:00am."

Kenneth Michael Belanger, 56, of Beacon Valley Road in Beacon Falls is charged with two counts of violation of probation. Police say, "On 08/19/2019 the accused was arrested on an active Probation Violation arrest warrant. The accused was processed and released on a $10,000.00 Surety Bond. He is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on 09/04/2019 at 9:00 AM."

Jonathan Harris, 19, of North Main Street in Naugatuck is charged with third-degree assault. Police say, "On 08/19/2019 at approximately 12:26 PM Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute between family members. It was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical
when, according to the victim, the accused struck the victim several times. The accused was arrested and later released on a $500 bond."
