Naugatuck Police Blotter:
Christian Manouse, 23, of Rough Ring Road is charged with second-degree failure to appear. Police say, "On 09/01/2019 the accused was arrested on an active Failure to Appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was processed and held on a $1,000.00 Surety Bond."
James L. Brown, 35, of Lantern Park Drive is charged with second-degree failure to appear. Police say, "On 08/31/2019 the accused was arrested on an active Failure to Appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was processed and released on a $2,500.00 Surety Bond."

Jose Rodriguez, 37, of Garden Hill Circle in Waterbury is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. Police say, "On 08/31/2019 at approximately 2:41 AM the Officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation in the area of 1100 New Haven Road. Through the officerβs investigation the accused was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, in possession of a controlled substance, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license while failing to keep right. The accused was arrested and released on a $1,000.00 Surety Bond.
Nicholas A Zink,30, of Dalton Street in Oakville is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Police say, "On 08/30/2019 Officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed the accused subject illegally conceal $82.68 worth of merchandise and exited the store without paying for items with another subject. The accused was arrested and later released on $500.00 NON-Surety Bond.
Pamela Renee Brown, 51, of Grandview Avenue in Danbury is charged with violation of a protective order. Police say, "On 08/30/2019 at approximately 10:37 PM Officers responded to an alarm at undisclosed location. It was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim while at this location. The accused was in violation of a standing Protective Order by being with the victim at this location. The accused was arrested and later released on a $5,000.00."

Ava Lynn Holmes, 42, of Bishop Street in Waterbury is charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear. Police say, "On 08/30/2019 Officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Matheus Raydan Pinheiro, 24, of Gurdon Street in Bridgeport is charged with second-degree failure to appear. Police say, "On 08/30/2018 at approximately 4:50 PM the Officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 South at Exit 26. Through the officerβs investigation the accused was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, without minimum insurance, and other motor vehicle charges. The accused was arrested and later released on a $1,000.00 Surety Bond.
Police also said, "On 08/30/2019 the accused was arrested on an active Failure to Appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was processed and released on a $1,500.00 Surety Bond."
