Naugatuck Police Blotter: July 31, Aug. 1
Five people were charged by Naugatuck Police during this time period. All of the charges are allegations at this time.

Andrea Lee Marino, 45, of Cayuga Road in Watertown is charged with DUI. Police say, "On 08/01/2019 at approximately 9:54 PM Officers initiated a motor vehicle investigation in the area of King Street and Allerton Road. Through the officer's investigation the accused was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. The accused was arrested and released on a $500.00 NON-Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on 08/15/2019 at 9:00 AM.
Ryan John Morgan, 26, of Hart Court in Oxford is charged with DUI. Police say, "On 08/01/2019 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from a motor vehicle investigation that was conducted by the Naugatuck Police on 07/09/2019. The accused was arrested and held on a $5,000.00 Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on 08/02/2019 at 9:00 AM."

Tyler Christopher Nixon, 18, of May Street, is charged with third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Police say, "On 08/01/2019 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from a domestic incident that was reported to Naugatuck Police on 07/02/2019. The accused was arrested and released on a $500.00 NON-Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on 08/14/2019 at 9:00 AM.
Marlon G Haye, 45, of Osborn Road is charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Police say, "On 08/01/2019 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from a domestic incident that was reported to Naugatuck Police on 03/11/2019. The accused was arrested and released on a $5,000.00 Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on 08/02/2019 at 9:00 AM."

Thomas V Addenbrooke, 53, of Chapel Street in New Haven is charged with DUI. Police say, "On 07/31/2019 at approximately 11:29 PM Officers initiated a motor vehicle investigation in the area of 282 South Main Street at the Mobil Station. Through the officer's investigation the accused was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. The accused was arrested and released on a $500.00 NON-Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on 08/15/2019 at 9:00 AM."
