Naugatuck Police Blotter:
Sharyann Gonzalez, 30, of Rubber Avenue is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Police say in a report that "On 03/16/2019 at approximately 1:48 AM the Officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation on Edward Street at Rubber Avenue. Through the officers investigation the accused was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license."
Richard Ashe 3rd, 29, of Eaton Street in North Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear. Police say in a report that "On 3/15/2019 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of this town. The incident was reported to officers on 1/18/2019 where the accused stole merchandise from Big Y Supermarket located at 85 Bridge Street."

Cassandra E Crowley, 18, of Beacon Falls, is charged with fifth-degree larceny. Police say in a report that "On 03/15/19 at approximately 5:08 PM Officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Rd. on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed the accused subject illegally conceal $32.71 worth of merchandise and exit the store without paying for the items.
Elizabeth Framski, 19, of Skyline Drive in Prospect is charged with fifth-degree larceny. Police say in a report that "On 03/15/19 at approximately 5:08 PM Officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Rd. on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed the accused subject illegally conceal $32.71 worth of merchandise and exit the store
without paying for the items."

Aja Mantel, 33, is charged with first-degree failure to appear. Police say in a report that "On 3/15/2019 the accused was arrested on an active Failure to Appear (FTA) arrest warrant."
