Naugatuck Police Blotter:
Marielisa Estrada, 43, of Shirley Street in Waterbury is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Police say, "On 05/21/2019 at approximately 9:57 AM the Officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation in the area of 138 Lantern Park Drive. Through the officers investigation the accused was found to be operating her motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol."
Christine Dmuchowski, 58, of Conrad Street, is charged with evading responsibility and illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Police say, "On 05/20/2019 at approximately 10:14 PM the Officer was investigating an evading motor vehicle accident in the area of 29 City Brook Road. Through the officer's investigation it was found that the accused was arrested a few minutes prior by another officer for operating her motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. It was noted at the scene that the accused vehicle had recently been in a motor vehicle accident. The officer found that the damage to his victim's vehicle matched the damage to the accused vehicle."

Peter Yurchyk, 60, of Chipman Street in Waterbury is charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree violating conditions of release. Police say, "On 5/20/2019 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from a harassment incident that was reported to Naugatuck Police on 05/06/2019 in which the accused harassed the victim in violation of a standing conditions of release."
Jennifer Bennett-Gleacher, 41, of Lakeview Road in Terryville is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police say, "On 05/18/2019 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from a shoplifting incident that was reported to Naugatuck Police on 05/06/2019. The incident occured at the Walmart located at 1100 New Haven Road."

Enrique Aguilera, 44, of Spencer Street is charged with disorderly conduct. Police say, "On 05/17/2019 at approximately 4:26 PM Officers responded to a residence for a domestic disturbance between the accused and a female victim. During the incident the accused pushed the female victim after a verbal altercation."
Richard Cantillon, 69, of Wolcott is charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Melinda Cruz, 27, of Bronx, New York is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Police say "On 05/17/2019 at approximately 1:12 AM Officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed the accused subject illegally conceal less than $500.00 worth of merchandise and exit the store without paying for items."
Emerald T Cruz-Djesus, 18, of Bronx New York is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Police say on "05/17/2019 at approximately 1:12 AM Officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed the accused subject illegally conceal less than $500.00 worth of merchandise and exit the store without paying for items."
