Naugatuck Police Blotter: Nov. 12 Through Nov. 18, 2020
Recent arrests by the Naugatuck Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
NAUGATUCK, CT β The following information has been provided by the Naugatuck Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Ryan Dinsmore, 39, of Marjorie Street, Naugatuck, was arrested Nov. 12 on two counts of violation of probation. He was released after posting bonds totaling $100,000 with a court date of Dec. 18, according to state judicial records.
John E. Fignar, 36, of 8th Street, Newington, was arrested Nov. 12 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with officer/resisting and two counts of assault on a public safety officer. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 10.

Quintasia Bellamy, 21, of Eugene Drive, Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 17.
Jesse James Maslar, 24, of Woodbine Street, Naugatuck, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and possession of a controlled substance or less than Β½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 4.

Jessica Germano, 33, of Cook Hill Road, Cheshire, was arrested Nov. 14 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 6.
Kurt R. Gaddis, 62, of Clark Road, Naugatuck, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 19.
Lawrence J. Allen, 31, of Manners Avenue, Naugatuck, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 6.
Makai Zhaquan Curry, 20, of Pembroke Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 16.
Eric S. Baldwin, 30, of Bradley Street, North Haven, was arrested Nov. 17 on two counts of third-degree larceny and one count of operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 19.
Daniel Akinsanya, 30, of Highland Avenue, Naugatuck, was arrested Nov. 17 on charges of third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and two counts of violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
Jonathan Espada-Santiago, 28, of Carrol Street, Naugatuck, was arrested Nov. 17 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 15.
April Granda, 43, of North Main Street, Beacon Falls, was arrested Nov. 18 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $750 bond with a court date Jan. 13. She was also arrested on a warrant on charges of operating under the influence, possession of less than Β½ ounce of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance or less than Β½ ounce of cannabis and use of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 13.
