Naugatuck Police & Fire To Hold Preparedness Drill Aug. 11
The two departments will hold the emergency services training event on Wednesday in the area of Platts Mill Road and the Naugatuck River.
NAUGATUCK, CT — The Naugatuck Police and Fire departments will hold an emergency services preparedness drill from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 11, officials announced.
The routine drill will be held in the vicinity of Platts Mill Road and the Naugatuck River, and will involve emergency vehicles operating in the area and possible traffic delays during the course of the event.
"Police and fire dispatch will be made aware and efforts will be made to keep the public apprised of any relevant updates via social media," officials said.
