Naugatuck Police: Man Knocks on House Door, Yells Profanities, and 'Attempts to Expose Himself'
Naugatuck police say this allegedly bizarre incident happened last Friday and the suspect was caught because he got stuck in traffic.

Naugatuck police say they responded to a report of a suspicious person last week on Silver Ridge Road.
Police say the homeowner reported that a man later identified as Joseph Cullinan, 54, of New Hampshire, was knocking on their door.
The homeowner said they couldn’t understand what the man was saying, and Cullinan allegedly kept knocking on the door, and began cursing, and allegedly ‘attempted to expose himself’ to the residents, police said.
