Naugatuck Police Officer Retires After 20-Years On The Job

Today marked the end of a 20 year career for Officer Favale .... Officer Favale worked in various assignments during his career with the Naugatuck PD including patrol and most recently - for the past eight years - as the Administrative Officer of the NPD Administrative Division.

Officer Favale is an extremely well liked officer, he is dedicated and is equally respected by his co-workers and those he has served in this community over his career.

On behalf of all the Men and women of the Naugatuck Police Department we would like to thank him for his years of service and devotion to the police profession .... Officer Favale will be greatly missed and his experience and knowledge will be difficult to replace ...

We wish Mike happiness and good health as he begins the next chapter!
